myTurn operates a high-capacity material recovery plant in Haldia, West Bengal, covering over 12,000 square feet. We utilize custom extrusion lines and advanced sink-float separation to produce high-purity polymer pellets.

Plant Machinery & Technology
Our production lines integrate automatic feeding, high-speed grinding, multi-stage washing, and high-pressure extrusion systems.
Grinding & Sizing Line
24" Plastic Scrap Grinding Machine equipped with a 40 HP 1440 RPM motor and 21" blades for uniform polymer fragment reduction.
Multi-Stage Washing Line
Automatic washing assembly using SS 304 grade floating blades and a dual SS Tank pair (6x6x6 FT and 12x5x4 FT) with bottom jalli filters.
Sink Removal System
Automatic density separation in floating tanks utilizing SS screw conveyors and 3+2 HP gearboxes to separate different plastic fractions.
Thermal Drying Line
Scrap Dryer Machine paired with a 40 FT U-shape Hot Air Cyclone system and 18 KW heater boxes to eliminate residual moisture.
Single Stage Extrusion & Pelletizing
Vented Extruder Line (120 MM Screw Dia, 139" length) equipped with a 75 HP main motor, 8-zone heating, 250 MM screen changers, a cooling tank, and a 5 HP pelletizer producing clean, dust-free granules.
Quality & Control
Thermostatic Temperature Control
To maintain uniform chemical parameters, our washing and extrusion lines are monitored by Siemens electric panels. With AC drives, thermostats, and temperature controllers, we ensure that polymer structures are not degraded by heat fluctuations.
